I am incredibly proud of designing and launching our "Hub-and-Spoke" operational model for Burger Box. Rather than taking on the heavy debt of traditional brick-and-mortar expansion, we engineered a system that pairs a centralized commissary kitchen with lean, high-velocity mobile units. Bringing this to life required balancing a lot of moving parts—including navigating local commercial zoning laws and executing precise menu engineering—to ensure the concept could scale efficiently. Seeing this blueprint successfully transition from a concept into an operational reality that generated over $500K+ in revenue per truck—while maintaining strict cost controls—is my proudest professional achievement. For me, it proved that the right operational system can successfully challenge traditional restaurant economics.
