I have a business idea I want to bring to life

One thing I’m really proud of is how I’ve been able to support people emotionally when they’re going through difficult times. Over time, I’ve become someone my friends and family can talk to when they feel stressed, overwhelmed, or confused. I’m not a professional, but I try to listen carefully, stay calm, and help them understand their feelings instead of feeling lost in them. Sometimes that means just being there and listening without judgment, and other times it means helping them think through what’s bothering them in a more balanced way. I’ve learned how important it is to make people feel heard and not alone, especially during emotional or stressful moments. This has taught me a lot about empathy, patience, and emotional awareness.
