One of the things I’m most proud of is building a narrative and evaluation framework that helps mission‑aligned organizations move from information overload to clarity and action. I built it by blending systems thinking, storytelling, and culturally responsive evaluation practices. It’s meaningful to me because it gives leaders language and tools to make decisions with confidence — and it honors the lived experiences of the communities they serve. Seeing organizations use it to strengthen their strategy, communicate their impact, and build alignment across teams has been incredibly rewarding. It’s a reminder that ideas rooted in dignity and clarity can truly shift how people work and lead.
