I'm in the midst of a multi year journey developing quite a niche product. I've always been into drones, and in particular high performance fpv drones. Back around Covid I noticed there's a need for camera stabilizers (gimbals) that can handle high speed drone flight for cinema and broadcasting purposes. I moved here to Alabama 4 years ago to focus on this full time, with an emphasis on American based manufacturing. After mild success and much trouble scaling my first generation product, I'm around the corner from a 2nd generation product, but facing common challenges with scaling manufacturing and assembly. I'm interested to see what guidance and resources might be available, particularly from someone who's familiar with this region.
