I have a business idea I want to bring to life
One of the things I’m most proud of creating is my book Behind the Uniform: Not Just a Cop, where I explored the mental health experiences of individuals in policing and armed forces. What started as a writing project evolved into a practical resource and bestselling book in India. I integrated cognitive behavioral techniques, emotional intelligence frameworks, and reflective exercises to make it both relatable and actionable. Seeing it resonate with readers and grow into a bestseller showed me the impact of combining storytelling with structured tools. More recently, I have been building in the AI space. I designed an automated workflow using Google Docs, Google Drive, and AI tools to track and summarize meeting notes into key insights and action items. It was a small but meaningful system that improved clarity and saved time, and it pushed me to think about how technology can support human-centered work. Across both experiences, I have learned that I enjoy building things that sit at the intersection of insight, empathy, and practical impact.
EQPitch - Building stimulation scenario to help founders practice the emotional side of leadership, before the pressure hits.
EQPitch -
This week, I wrote 15 leadership scenarios for EQPitch and worked on building the early prototype of the idea. I created a rough demo page, started working on turning it into an app, and developed the user flow from onboarding to scenario choices, reflection prompts, and EQ-based insights. I also designed a 5-slide Instagram mockup carousel to share the concept and gather feedback. I am still working on creating the app, and one challenge has been balancing a polished-looking prototype with the reality that this is still an early version meant for testing and feedback.
EQPitch - EQPitch helps future leaders practice emotionally intelligent decisions before real-life pressure moments happen.
This week, I focused on improving Version 2 of EQPitch and preparing it for user testing and marketing. I incorporated feedback from the first version, which had 60+ users, and improved the app flow, 50 leadership scenarios, personalized EQ profile, shareable scorecard, recommended skill-building activities, and one-on-one debrief option. I also created a marketing video and challenge page to clearly explain what EQPitch does, who it is for, and how users can engage with it. My next step is to collect more feedback from users and continue improving the onboarding, scoring, and activity experience.

This week, I focused on user interviews and feedback for EQPitch. So far, 25+ users have registered on the app. I also spoke with one of my professors, and he is open to trying EQPitch in his classes to see how it can support MBA students. I’m continuing to gather feedback and improve Version 2 based on real user needs.
