Where they're at

I’m already building something and want to take it further

Something they're proud of

One of the projects I’m most proud of is a mental health application I conceptualized during the ServiceNow NextGen Externship I completed in 2023. I collaborated with a small team to bring the idea to life, focusing on creating a solution that supports teenagers navigating mental health challenges in a way that feels accessible and approachable. I led and designed the process automation systems that powered the experience, building workflows that allowed users to schedule therapy appointments with ease, receive timely updates, and stay connected throughout their care journey. I also created automated reporting systems that gave our team clear, reliable insights without adding manual workload. What matters most to me is the purpose behind it. The idea started from recognizing how isolating mental health struggles can feel, especially for young people who may not know where to turn. I wanted to create something that offered structure, support, and a sense of guidance during that experience. That project reinforced how I approach building. I lead with intention, I think about the people behind the problem, and I focus on creating solutions that genuinely make life easier.

Week 1

First Founders - helping women build businesses based on clarity, validation, and strategy

Week 2

The Founder Clarity Scorecard - Helping founders uncover what's keeping them stuck and identify their next best step.

Built and launched the first version of The Founder Clarity Scorecard™, a simple assessment designed to help founders identify the biggest obstacle holding back their business growth. This week taught me the importance of building before perfecting. Instead of staying in planning mode, I focused on getting something into the hands of real users and gathering feedback. My next step is refining the experience based on what I learn.
