I’m already building something and want to take it further

One project I’m especially proud of is building my company, Blush Women’s Health Consulting, which focuses on helping women better understand and advocate for their health, particularly in areas like PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, and fertility. I’ve hosted an in-person endometriosis awareness event in Birmingham Alabama, where I brought together women to learn, share experiences, and feel supported, something that was surprisingly difficult to organize but incredibly impactful. I’ve also created digital resources like ebooks and symptom trackers, and I currently offer one-on-one consultations to help women better prepare for their healthcare visits. Most recently, I’ve been working on developing a PCOS pilot program that combines symptom tracking with guided reflection, which I’m excited to continue building and testing through this program.
