The smallest thing I’ve done recently was reformatted all of the hiring paper work for my manager. It turned out great, visually cohesive and easier to follow. Other than that biggest thing was a few months ago when I created a landing page and fully functioning MVP.

Open Door - Rehumanizing the employment process
I knew I would have to post my project on social media, but I was VERY nervous to post. Week two's assignment helped me push past that fear and I felt much better after I posted. Now I have more confidence in putting my project out there.
