I’m proud of creating systems that help people grow and perform where none existed. At Enterprise, I built simple routines: huddles, coaching moments, and check-ins, that turned new hires into top performers and strengthened team culture, all while seeing the impact continue without me. I take the same approach in youth leadership at my church: spotting gaps, building solutions, testing them, and refining.
