I have a business idea I want to bring to life

The system I developed for my fraternity as Academic Chair makes me extremely proud. I created an academic tracking system that allowed the chapter to monitor GPA progression and establish study hall rules while creating academic probation plans to track member progress. The program I developed was not about enforcing rules but about helping people become better, which I did through personal meetings with members to help them create achievable targets, while I connected them with campus resources to assist their needs. The chapter's academic environment improved through my work with individual members and I discovered my passion for creating impactful systems that support people's achievement.
