I’m already building something and want to take it further

My son and I built a mixed media sculpture with wood and 3d printing. It is a pyramid inverted on another pyramid inverted on top of it with smaller identical sculptures reduced inside of the larger designs. He designed it and I helped him build and assemble it. It won a regional art competition and went to state. I also built a website using AI to summarize our notes and discussions about the company and populate the content of the site. www.dpxcre.com Finally ai have designed two platforms that we have built into two MVPs. One for Section 8 HUD compliance and the other for multi family commercial real estate analysis. Through the process we have realized a few things. 1. People are inherently scared of AI in the workplace and we need to present in a way that elicits excitement rather than fear of job security. 2. IP protectionism is probably the wrong posture to take when formulating value propositions. 3. Building for self use is probably most immediately Benificial. The question is how or if to share advantages. SAS subscription models seem attractive, but consumption models may be sticker and more efficient. I’m looking for a place to explore these concepts and get feedback. We are presenting our findings in the Commercial Real estate space this week at the American Real Estate Society. We have been working with cloudelligent and AWS on this platform. We are ready to take it to the next level.
